Wendell Berry's poem inspired me to make this little site. The first image is a scan of a plaster cast of a deer hoof print I found in the foothills above my home in Southern California. The rest of the photos are other views found in the same area. I enjoyed the idea of using the poem in an interactive manner so that the viewer can go back and forth between the lines and create their own rhythm with it.
